Cash or Credit Card in Advance for all others. Convenience fees of 2.5% may apply for Credit Cards. In general, convenience fees do not apply to online orders. For online orders, pre-authorization of a credit card is required to process the order. The credit card will be charged for the entire order when the products ship from the warehouse.
Shipping & Handling / Freight
All freight is F.O.B. destination. Freight is prepaid with a Shipping & Handling charge applied to each order shipped within the Continental United States.
For Direct Sales to End-Users: Shop Equipment and Lifts have a normal shipping & handling charge of 10% to cover either Fedex ground, LTL or truckload shipping.
Additional offloading charges may apply for lifts shipped without the installation option. For lifts without the installation option, the end-user is responsible for arranging offloading and the lift generally must be shipped to a non-residential location due to restrictions on truckload deliveries into residential areas.
Shipping charges quoted above are good within the Continental United States. For Hawaii and Alaska, the S&H charge is to port of exit. Additional S&H and freight charges may apply to export, HI and AK. The normal S&H charge is based upon truckload shipments. Other customer requirements, such as expedited shipments or special handling, will require additional charges. Quality Lifts reserves the right to add an additional S&H charge for products dropped shipped outside a customer’s state. Additional fees will be charged for reconsignment, storage at terminals, detention of vehicles, utilizing unauthorized carriers, lift gate services and crane truck deliveries. Additional fees will apply to residential delivery.
Purchaser is responsible for offloading shop equipment.
Quality Lift warranties to the original owner all products against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty period is for 12 months from date of invoice for Lifts and Shop Equipment. Parts and Accessories are warranted for 90 days from date of invoice. Quality Lifts will either repair or replace, at Quality Lifts discretion, the defective product. All warranty must be approved by Quality Lifts in advance. A RMA # will be given for all labor and returned components. Quality Lifts shall pay for reasonable cost of outgoing transportation and labor. When requested, the customer must return the product/part at their cost for inspection for credit to warranty.
This warranty is not applicable unless the product is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the operations manual. This warranty does not cover consumable components, negligence, unauthorized alterations, improper operation, or misuse.
For Lifts, except where noted, a limited 1 year warranty for parts and labor is applicable. The warranty is valid only if a lift warranty registration card is returned. For the labor warranty, the lift must be installed by an authorized installer. Quality Lifts will use authorized service partners to conduct any approved service work. A RMA # must be given before any part return, repair, or labor service can be conducted.
For Shop Equipment, the limited 1 year warranty covers reasonable repair and replacement. Customers are required to call Quality Lifts for a RMA # prior to sending the equipment to one of the nationwide service centers. Quality Lifts will cover the cost of the repair and return freight.
Installation of Lifts by Authorized Quality Lifts Installer. Service bay must meet minimum space requirements. Concrete must meet minimum thickness, compression requirements and be free of cracks. Air and electrical power are not part of installation. Electrical connection must be done by a licensed electrician. Hydraulic oil is included. See Detailed View of Installation Item for specifics.
