Q: How do I become a Distributor?
A: Quality Lifts is the fastest growing automotive lift company in the US. Quality is always looking to help people start or expand their business by adding the Quality Lifts line of automotive lifting equipment.

Q: What are the floor requirements to install a lift?
A: Typically a 4" of 3500 psi concrete cured a minimum of 28 days is the requirement.
Q: I own a Quality lift, who can I get to service it?
A: Challenger Lifts has a network of (CAI) Challenger Authorized Installer/ Service companies throughout the United States. To find a Challenger Authorized Installer near you, simply contact us at service@challengerlifts.com or 800-648-5438.
Q: What colors are available?
A: We are pleased to offer our customers their choice of 5 colors, free of charge with orders of 6 or more lifts and at the time of purchase. (Subject to Factory Approval)

Lift purchase ranging from 1-5 can get custom painting for $175 NET per lift.
Q: What type of electrical requirements do I need?
A: Voltage depends on the type of lift, standard, short and midrise lifts typically run on standard 110v)120v. The most common voltage for most above ground and inground models is 208 / 230 volt single phase 60 hz. 3 Phase power is available for most models. Consult factory for details.
Q: What are the fluid requirements for car lifts?
A: Please contact sales@challengerlifts.com for all your fluid requirement questions.
Q: How long will it take to get a lift?
A: Many of our authorized sales distributors have lifts in stock. Depending on the model you need, there is a good chance one can be scheduled for delivery at your convenience.
Q: Can I install the lift myself?
A: We consider any lift purchase a major investment and recommend the installation be performed by a Quality Authorized Installer. Quality has a network of authorized installation firms in your area, simply contact us at sales@challengerlifts.com or 800-648-5438 for the Quality Authorized Installer near you.

Q: What is an ALI/ETL Certified Lift?
A: ALI (Automotive Lift Institute) is an association of automotive lift manufacturers that actively promotes safety in design, construction, installation and use of automotive lifts.
An ALI/ETL Certified Lift is a lift that is 3rd party tested by the ETL (Intertek Testing Services), a worldwide testing organization, and meets a specific set of standards. For more information, visit http://autolift.org.
Q: What is the warranty on my Lift?
A: Lift warranties vary by model. Please contact us at 800-648-5438 for warranty information on your specific lift.
Q: How will my lift be shipped and what kind of equipment do I need to offload my lift?
A: Lifts are shipped via LTL or Flatbed Freight Carrier. Please consult the factory at 800-648-5438 for more information about shipping arrangements and offloading your product.
Q: What are the differences between above-ground and in-ground car lifts?
A: Above-ground car lifts are typically mounted or anchored to a concrete surface although there are moveable or portable versions. Various styles of above-ground car lifts include two post, four post with runways, short rise and mid rise, scissor and moveable or mobile column. In-ground car lifts have under surface containments (polymer tubs) which house the guts of the lift. The lifting arms that make vehicle contact are above-ground.
Q: What are the differences between short-rise and mid-rise car lifts?
A: Short-rise car lifts are generally defined as lifts that have a short rise height. These are ideal for brake and tire work since they do not require a tall rise height for their application. Mid-rise car lifts are scissor style lifts that feature a medium rise height (Quality Lifts QMR6 has a rise of 53-1/4").

Q: Which car lifts require the least amount of space?
A: Quality Lifts offers car lifts that address the needs of everyone from large car dealers to smaller independent repair shops to home enthusiasts. If you have spatial constraints such as a narrow bay or low ceiling, we have car lifts to fit every bay.
