Concrete must meet minimum thickness, compression requirements and be free of cracks. Air and electrical power are not part of installation. Electrical connection must be done by a licensed electrician. Includes freight offload coordination, oil, setup, testing and training. Lowest freight cost. Receive 1 year of labor warranty.
