Installation of 12K Lb 2-Post Lift by Authorized Quality Lifts Installer. Ceiling Height Required: 14' 8". Concrete shall have a compression of 3000 PSI and a minimum thickness of 4". 12' Minimum Clearance to Obstruction in front and back of Center of Post. 6' Minimum Clearance to Obstruction from Centerline of Structure. Service bay must meet minimum space requirements. Concrete must meet miinimum thickness, compression requirements and be free of cracks. Air and electrical power are not part of installation. Electrical connection must be done by a licensed electrician. Includes freight offload coordination, oil, setup, testing and training. Lowest freight cost. Receive 1 year of labor warranty.
