  • Installation of 12K Lb 4-Post Lift and Bolt-on Alignment Kit by Authorized Quality Lifts Installer.
  • Concrete shall have a compression of 3500 PSI, min thickness of 4", and cured for 28 days.
  • Floor should be level within 3" in installation area.
  • Anchor bolts should not be installed within 8" of cracks, expansion joints, or edge.
  • 2' Minimum Clearance to Obstruction in front.
  • Recommended bay size 12'x26'.
  • Air and electrical power are not part of installation.
  • Electrical connection must be done by a licensed electrician.
  • Includes freight offload coordination, oil, setup, testing and training.
  • Receive 1 year of labor warranty.
