Concrete shall have a compression of 3500 PSI, min thickness of 4", and cured for 28 days.

Floor should be level within 3" in installation area.

Anchor bolts should not be installed within 8" of cracks, expansion joints, or edge.

2' Minimum Clearance to Obstruction in front.

Recommended bay size 12'x26'.

Air and electrical power are not part of installation.

Electrical connection must be done by a licensed electrician.

Includes freight offload coordination, oil, setup, testing and training.

Receive 1 year of labor warranty.
