Installation of 10K Lb 2-Post Automotive Lift by Authorized Quality Lifts Installer.

Ceiling Height Required: 12' 5".

Concrete shall have a compression of 3500 PSI, min thickness of 4", and cured for 28 days.

Floor should be level within 3/8" over install area.

Anchor bolts should not be installed within 8" of cracks, expansion joints or edge.

12' Minimum Cleareance to Obstruction in front and back of Center of Post.

6' Minimum Clearance to Obstruction from Centerline of Structure.

Air and electrical power are not part of installation.

Electrical connection must be done by a licensed electrician.

Includes freight offload coordination, oil, setup, testing and training.

Receive 1 year of labor warranty.
